/>
The #1 reason for bankruptcy in America, responsible for more than half of bankruptcies filed nation-wide, happens to be ill or failing health.

Most people go bankrupt from health care expenses because their insurance won't cover them.

If I find out that I have cancer in July and I'm unemployed, but then I find a job in Sept and get insurance does that means that they won't cover me and I will have to pay out of pocket because of a "pre-existing condition"?

What good is the insurance company then?

Is the Health Insurance company trying to heal me or get into my pockets? What is the Health Insurance companies mission statement?

If the insurance company won't help me then who do I turn to?

Who is gonna help me then? What organization or entity is going to pick up the slack? Should I just roll over and die because I don't have enough money? What type of nation do we live in?

Am I supposed to perform surgery on myself in my own kitchen with a stake knife?

Someone mentioned that if you didn't have car insurance when u damaged your car then the insurance company won't pay to fix it when you do get insured after the incident has already happened.( That is an excellent point but you can avoid wrecking a car by not driving or owning a car but you can't stop yourself from developing cancer or any other type of illness like diabetes. Besides, how can you compare a car to someones life. Car insurance is another rip off as well in my opinion. The government should give everyone insurance just like other countries. Same for Health Care.)

U also get raped because they take money out your check on pay day and when you need them after paying them for 8 years straight making them rich they tell you to kiss their a$.

How come doctors never actually cure anything? The last thing they cured was polio like 50 years ago. Only reason why they cured Polio is because a doctor named John Stalk's wife contracted the disease. It was cool for the rest of the population to have it but he got motivated to solve this issue once someone near and dear to him was suffering. LOL

If you discovered the cure for cancer you probably end up dead in a dumpster. The health industry makes literally trillions of dollars off of sick people. Why would they be thrilled that you discovered the cure for AIDS or cancer and it's some inexpensive herb from South America or the rain forest? Same goes for the oil company and cars. If they are making billions of dollars every quarter then why on earth would they want the streets filled with electric cars that don't need gas or oil in the engine? I don't think people understand that once you have a successful system implemented then you don't want to tamper with it. If It ain't broke then don't fix it. If you spent years building a business with your blood sweat and tears, wouldn't you want to protect it? Why would you want someone to come along with a better product or service and completely wipe you out? If you had a store selling bow ties and a customer walked in, you wouldn't tell him "my bow ties are alright but my competitor down the streets has better quality bow ties for less money and the customer service is way better then in my shop"! How long would you be in business trying to please everybody except yourself?

Doctors make more money giving pills that actually suppress the symptoms as opposed to eradicating the actual problem. Once you are healthy then there is no need to see the doctor and keep paying for his brand new Porsche. It's like renting versus owning. You make more money renting a house out to someone for infinity versus selling the house outright and making
a one time big profit. The second you give the public the cure then you will wipe out an industry. Even the non-profit organization would be effected. Non-profit organization still employ workers who have jobs and pay bills. Why would you need a non-profit organization around if you found the cure for cancer? How often do you hear about people funding money to Polio non-profit organizations? You don't because polio has been cured and there is no need for any.

Still think money isn't everything when you are paying out of pocket for a $7,000 CAT SCAN or MRI while you are hooked up to an I V? If you had money then you could afford insurance. If you were rich then paying out of pocket would not make you bankrupt just to save your life. Let's not forget that you could get the best doctors in the world to assist you as well. Reminds me of standing on trial for your life in a courtroom with a public defender instead of the best lawyer in the state. The public defender don't care about you and will sleep real easy tonight after your conviction. While you are in jail fighting for your man hood he will probably be chilling at home in his reclining chair watching the game or watching reruns of Night Court enjoying his freedom. LMOA

The expenses are outrageous with hospitals! Charge you a $1,000 just to check your blood pressure. WTF

Why should you be punished for being sick? It's not your fault.

It's not like how people who are convicted felons and can't get a job because of their criminal past. They made choices and new the consequences. Even felons need a second chance because they will commit crimes again if they can't get a job.

Protect Your self ASAP
I strongly recommend reading a book called Natural cures they don't want you to know about by Kevin Trudeau. Tons of people are suffering because they don't know about alternative medicine. Einstein said that the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again expecting different results. If you keep going to traditional doctors and they can never help you but keep taking all your money then you need to explore new options. What do you have to lose going to an Herbalist or alternative doctor? I have personally benefited from seeing a few. Regular doctors are the exact opposite of alternative doctors. They are completely different and have way different knowledge. Alternative doctors actually look for the problem that is causing your discomfort so they can get rid of it forever. Regular doctors suppress the problem but never fully get rid of it. Regular doctors turn you into a legal junkie hooked on all types of medications that make pharmaceutical companies wealthy. When was the last time your doctor prescribed some herbs that don't have a patent? You mean to tell me that only drugs can help people and not natural stuff that grown in the earth? If I'm organic then I need to only put organic stuff in my body to help me that God planted. I don't want no man made food or pills someone made in a lab somewhere! No wonder so many people are sick. What the hell is sweet and low or equal anyway? I know what sugar is and where exactly that comes from. LOL. The sugar cane. Besides, what did people do for 1,000 of years before pills were invented?

I could go all day about eating healthy but please read the book about Natural Cures They Don't Want You To Know About. One quick thing that a lot of people can do right now for little money is detox your body ASAP. Did you know that the average American has 5 to 10 pounds of undigested fecal matter sitting in their gut? Look at all these Americans who walk around with their stomachs hanging out. You can get rid of that right now by detoxing your insides like your liver and colon. I used Dual Action Cleanse and I immediately started losing weight without diet and exercise. The best part is it's all natural and safe.I got all that junk out my systems witch lighten the loads as well as got my body functioning properly after years of poisoning myself with MC Donald's and the crap they sell you at the grocery stores. Don't you have to change the dirty oil in your car every 3 months? How can you go a life time without cleaning out your body. Think about what you are eating. Have you ever found an old MC Donald's french fry underneath your car seat or behind the sofa after it's been there for months? Have you ever noticed that there is no mold on it and it's not decomposing? It looks exactly like the way you bought it right. I thought french fries were made from potatoes? This is the kind of stuff we put in our bodies and then wonder why we have cancer and other illnesses.

IS MONEY THE ROOT OF ALL EVIL?

Is The Love Of Money The Root Of All Evil?
I believe a lot of people are not financially stable because they have a lot of misconceptions about money. They grow up listening to people saying "money is evil" or "money doesn't grow on trees". People have no idea how these negative statements can impact your entire life if you let it. The last time I checked money was a piece of paper. I always wondered at what point does money become evil? What's the exact dollar amount that is evil ? If I slave for a corporation everyday earning $28,000/year making the CEO rich and barely can make my ends meet does that make me a good person? If I got fed up and then decided to publish a book and sell a million copies making $5 million on how to eat healthy and get 6 pack abs, does that make me evil? Should I be labeled evil because I chose to escape the rat race, teach people about how to be healthy and empower myself by making millions of dollars writing a book? The ironic part is that broke people can't help anybody including theirs selves. If you had money then you could really help people by starting a business and create jobs, feed hungry kids, and give back to the community. How can you give back to the community if you hiding your car all over town because the repo man is looking for you?

People Are Evil, Not Money
People are the ones that are evil, it's not the money. I believe the lack of money is the root of all evil. Being broke your whole life and never taking action is the real crime. How many people are sitting in jail that come from a low income environment versus growing up with a silver spoon in their mouth? I doubt if you will ever catch Simon from American Idol holding up a Burger King or 7 Eleven with a Tommy gun for $86. People who grow up in poverty don't enjoy selling drugs. They don't wake up in the morning and say" Hey, I feel like getting shot in the ass today from one of my rivals or the police today because my life is boring and I need a sense of adventure". They do it because their stomach is growling and their kids need baby milk. Last time I checked, buying food and putting a roof over you to keep rain drops from falling on your head was not free. Homeless people don't eat out of a trash can because it's tasty. Do you think they like the way that moldy sandwich tastes after it's been marinating in filth for days? Do you think they are competing with rats and insects in a garbage can for food for kicks? I got an idea, next time you see a homeless man digging for food in the trash can outside of Red Lobster, won't you strike a convo with him about how "money's not everything" or "money is the root of all evil". He will probably tell you to give him $5 so he can get something to eat or get the hell out his face ASAP. Besides, how often do you see someone with $300,000 in their savings account eating old spaghetti out a dumpster?
Examples Of How Money Is Not Evil

NUCLEAR POWER- Nuclear power can be used to power up an entire city including the home you live in or blow up a city. It's not the nuclear power that's doing it, it's the person behind it.

GUNS- I'm not the biggest advocate of guns but the fact remains that it's a piece of technology. You can't go around and uninvent guns or technology once it's been conceived. They are here to stay just like the internet. Good luck on trying to unplug the entire internet and burying the blueprints on how to make it from the entire world. Guns can be used to shoot an animal and feed your family or used to rob a bank and harming people. Is the gun evil or the person robbing the bank?

CASH- As I stated before, you can use money to start a business and create jobs or start a multi million dollar drug ring flooding the streets with narcotics. Every one has a choice when they obtain money. If you are a drug kingpin standing trial, you can't point to a big bag of money in the courtroom and say "I didn't do it, the money did it". "The money is the real brains of the operation"! Well guess what, someone is going to jail and most likely get raped in the shower and it ain't the bag of money.

DOES YOUR JOB SUCK SURVEY RESULTS

The results are in and it appears that 80% of the people who took the survey thinks their job absolutely sucks! That is a staggering amount of people who are miserable on a daily bases. Now that we establish that the majority of the population does not like what they do for a living, let's see how many of those people will actually take action to resolve this issue and gain financial freedom. In my opinon, if your job sucks, then your life sucks. The reason why is everything revolves around your job.

Where you live (people don't live in the hood because it's a fun place to be)

How much money you make (Good luck trying to be a multi millionaire working for somebody else's company)

What type of person you date ( I doubt if Halle Barry is riding around the ghetto in a 2010 Bentley looking for her soul mate who probably works at McDonald mopping up the number 2 some homeless person left on the bathroom floor. When i say number 2, I ain't talking about no Big Mac meal neither.LOL)

Health (Ever try to buy expensive health food on a budget?)

People who you associate with ( More then likely your friends and family are just as broke as you are. If you try to conjure up ideas to escape the rat race with these people then it will be a case of the blind leading the blind. Rich people can exchange ideas on how they successfully make money with each other and keep progressing)

Vacation (Your job dictates when and where you can take a vacation. It's very hard to visit Japan when all your credit cards are maxed out from paying living expenses and your checking account has $670 worth of overdraft fees. Let's not forget the fact that if your job denies your vacation request, you will be sitting right at your cubicle with a post card from Hawaii stapled to your wall, imaging yourself there in a beach chair with the breeze cooling you off.

Time (You most likely spend more time with co- workers then your own kids)

Stress (When you beat the hell out of your 2 year old for spilling grape juice on the floor or ramming a tuna fish sandwich in your DVD player, you are not really that mad at them. They don't even know what a DVD player is for crying out loud. You probably are mad at the fact that you were stuck in traffic for 3 hours and your kids are just an outlet. Everyday you are pushed around by your boss, co-workers, parents, spouse, creditors, etc. You feel powerless because a lot of these sources of stress take your power from you. That's why people turn around and disrespect the bank teller, the guy at the fast food register taking your order, waiters, and their own kids. They don't do it because these people are necessarily incompetent at their jobs or done anything wrong. They do it because they have power over these people and can fight back. It's a cycle that keeps perpetuating through society. I had jobs at the age of 16 where some idiot would bitch and make a scene because the lettuce on his hamburger was room temperature or his french fries weren't hot enough to give the inside of his mouth 4th degree burns. Next time you roundhouse your 12 year old son for forgetting to take the trash out or choke slamming your 16 year old daughter for accidentally erasing one of your messages on your answering machine, think about how earlier that day your boss screamed in your ear because you forgot to put 2 packs of sweet and low in his coffee. Think about how you could have told your boss to "kiss your ass" but instead you put your tail between your legs like you always do while he verbally cut your balls off with a rusty butter knife.Thats' the real reason why you are pissed at the world

KNOW WHEN AND WHEN NOT TO LISTEN TO YOUR ELDERS

When Should I listen to them?
I have come to the conclusion that you should know when and when not to take advice from your elders. People should definitely take advantage of their wisdom because you don't want history to repeat itself. They have the foresight to see mistakes happening all over again that has happened before. Take our current economic status for example. I'm sure a lot of our grandparents can compare the current economy to the great depression years ago. Obviously we need to ask our elders on how to cope with the alarming amount of unemployment numbers that has ensued and things of that nature.

When Not To Listen
As much as I respect my elders it is not wise for me to ask for advice on how to become a success in modern times. Especially if the person who I'm talking to has never achieve what I am trying to achieve. I only want to speak to a person who has already done what I'm trying to do and can help me regardless of age.Our parents, uncles, aunt, grandparents, godmothers, etc all grew up in a different era. If someone was born in 1908 then what the hell do they know about setting up a successful business on the internet or becoming a rap superstar by marketing your talent on myspace.com ? LOL. These opportunities didn't even exist when they were young. I also believe that in the past college was more useful in becoming a success. Nowadays I believe that college is ridiculously expensive and overrated. Let's not forget that more people then ever go to college now so the job market is flooded with competition. A bachelors degree is more like a high school diploma in today's market. It's ironic how our parents can be the worst people to listen to at times. It reminds me of how when you are young and your parents give you advice on women if you are a male. They tell you to treat a women nice when women actually want the exact opposite They want the bad boy who disrespects them and could care less. The nice guy finishes last every time. Take their advice on women and I guarantee you that you will be alone on Friday night watching The Matrix for the millionth time desperately hoping that some imaginary chick will call your cell phone asking can she come over. Besides, your parents don't tell you the whole story about how they hooked up. They omit certain details like how they had unprotected sex on the 1st date in the Pizza Hut bathroom after smoking Marijuana while their spouses are waiting for them at home thinking they had to work late. I'm writing this to make you ask yourself some questions about your situation that you probably pushed back into your subconscious mind to help you cope with the nonsense. What I'm writing might be negative but hopefully you will use it to inspire you to do something positive by taking action so you can avoid these things that get under our skin.

Drug Screening-Why do I have to piss in a cup just to get a mundane job lifting boxes making $7 an hour? Does Jay-Z have to piss in a cop to perform his latest hit record live on stage and make $100,000?

Credit Check- If somehow has bad credit and can't get a job then how is there credit supposed to get better? This is the biggest catch 22 I ever heard of in my life besides the "We can't hire you because you don't have enough experience" rhetoric. How can someone have experience if they just got out of college and can't get a job to gain the experience?

Money- Trading your time for money is the worst way to make cash. I'm not cool with putting myself in a position where I will never get rich.I wrote a whole article on this. Click here

Time- Who says that you should only have a week or 2 weeks for vacation time every year? What if I want to spend months at a time in Italy or Brazil exploring the world? What law, religion, or group of people decided on the arbitrary number of 2 weeks? Where did that come from? Let's not forget to mention lunch breaks. Why 30 minutes or an hour? If you take control of your life you can do as you please. You can toss out the employee handbook and tell the company to stick it where the son don't shine. Do you spend more time at work dealing with people who you have no desire to be around then your own family? I used to not see my family and friends for weeks at a time but would see my co-workers and supervisor EVERYDAY!

Sleep- Ever have trouble sleeping at night because of anxiety about your job? Have you ever despised your job so much that you suffered from sleep deprivation? The funny thing is that it probably effects your performance at work because of lack of sleep. Now that you can't concentrate on your job it makes it harder to work which makes your job suck even more which keeps you up late at night. This is the viscous cycle that I used to have to experience for years.

Fish out of water- If you are anything like me then you don't fit in at a job. I have always been a person who thinks outside the box and never liked being just like everyone else. It makes me feel unique. I have no connection what so ever to the people next to me sitting in their cubicles. My co-workers used to bitch all day about Microsoft Vista, what type of clothes someone is wearing, or how their bonuses are smaller this year compared to last year. Who cares what type of clothes Mike has on today! LOL. These same people also love to strike fear in your heart when you mention that you might try to invest in stocks or start your own business venture. All they do is focus on problems and if you discuss solutions they will run away from you like you have a bad case of the swine flu. On top of all that I am a minority. I know we don't go to work everyday to make friends but I'm not a robot either. At some point in the 8 hour shift I need someone to communicate with or crack a few jokes with. 8 hours can seem like an eternity when you have no one to relate to. I been in positions where I would put out an APB on anyone who was black so I could have a friend to talk to at the company.LOL. It didn't even matter if we would have hated each other or never even hold a convo under different circumstances.

Retirement- It appears that all the social security money will be gone when I'm in my sixties. What the hell do I look like flipping burgers at the age of 67 after I bust my tail all those years? The younger generation needs to be informed on what's going on nowadays. What worked in 1976 probably won't work in 2040.

Knowledge- People who work at the same place for 50 years have limited knowledge. All these guys no is how to cash a check and spend their money. They know nothing about financial freedom, compound interest, passive income, residual income, income statements etc. Their knowledge seems to be very one dimensional.

Taxes- Jobs take all of your income just with taxes alone. Let's not forget your union fees and health care too. I wrote more in dept about this at Click Here

Dreams- Have you spent the last 15 years working at your job that you hate and put your dreams on the back burner? We all got to die someday and I don't want to think about my regrets on my deathbed. If you can dedicate your life to making someone else rich then you can dedicate a couple hours a day on your dreams and goals.

It's Not What You Know But Who You Know

Nepotism is the showing of favoritism for relatives or friends based upon that relationship, rather than on an objective evaluation of ability or suitability. For instance, offering employment to a relative, despite the fact that there are others who are better qualified and willing to perform the job. The word nepotism is from the Latin word nepos (meaning "nephew" or "grandchild").

What about my grades?
This is one of the reasons why getting a college education is not very effective when it comes to supporting yourself. What good did getting an A+ on your physics test do for you last year when the job you just applied for was given to the bosses nephew? College never once told us the truth about "It's not what you know but who you know". They might have mentioned you have to network but they didn't fully explain the schematics of it. College gives you this false sense that if you get good grades then you will excel in the real world. In my opinion you have to have book smarts and street smarts in this world. This is why a lot of extremely intelligent people sit around wondering why they aren't moving ahead in life or getting the women they want. You have to have street smarts as well as book smarts. School only teaches one of those and it ain't street smarts. LoL. The author of Rich Dad Poor Dad Robert Kiyosaki talks about how in the real world people are more concerned about your financial report card. If you wanted to purchase some Real Estate and needed capital from the bank, they will need to know your debt to income ratio, financial statements and credit scores. They are not going to ask for your report card from the 8th grade or college transcripts!

My experience
I personally have had jobs where my boss or co-workers had close relatives working at the job. Some of my co workers were younger then me and made more money and didn't even have a bachelors degree like I do. WTF. What happened to all those test, quizzes, and term papers I took in college? It did me no good in the real world. I also have been given jobs in the past because I knew the person working at the place of employment. It wasn't because I was the best candidate. Some people look at it as racism but if you are white or black and have power, then most likely you will hire your relative or friend who is the same race right? If corporate America is predominantly white then wouldn't I be an idiot to try to climb their corporate ladder as an African American? Even if I was white I wouldn't want to climb that ladder because if you don't have friends in high places then it doesn't matter who you are. This is what I mean when people should create their own way. Stop relying on someone else's structure and start your own. You will never make more money then the CEO of the company you work for!

ESCAPE THE RAT RACE TIP #1: NEVER TRADE YOUR TIME FOR MONEY

Trading your hours for dollars
Contrary to popular belief, trading your hours for dollars is the most financially unintelligent way to make money! The reason why is because you only have 24 hours in a day. It is physically impossible to work 30, 58 or 100 hours in a day. The amount of money you can make is finite even if you worked a massive amount of overtime until you dropped dead on the floor from exhaustion. Society teaches us that this is the way to go not knowing that you will forever have that glass ceiling hovering above your head. Let's not forget that you must spend 8 hours a day sleeping and even more hours commuting back and forth to work everyday. Do you get paid for that? Doesn't that chip away at your earning potential?

My experience with trading hours for dollars
My experience with trading hours for dollars has proven beyond a shadow of a doubt that I will never become financially independent punching a clock everyday for someone else. I remember the last straw for me when it came to trading my time for money. In 2005 I was fed up of having credit card debt that I accumulated from college, school loans, and other expenses that I had. I figured why complain about it when I can work overtime to completely get this monkey off my back. I remember for 2 weeks I barely got any sleep because I was doing so much overtime to receive time and a half. I would work until 3 or 4 in the morning, drive a hour home from Baltimore and go to sleep. Hours later I would wake up and head back to work to repeat the cycle all over again. When I eventually received my check I couldn't believe the numbers! I made $2,200 and only kept $1,500 after taxes! WTF. They took out $700 in taxes for slaving for 2 weeks while I was making $12/hour. Imagine if I would have worked for a month instead which is 4 weeks. That would be $1,400 worth of taxes in a month while I'm depriving myself of sleep! Are you getting the picture now. Do you see why trading your time for money isn't smart? Here's a visual....

$2,200 Gross
- 700 Uncle Sam
______
= $1,500 Me

Taxes
Taxes are designed to keep the poor and middle class broke. The rich pay less taxes then us. It's called the golden rule. He who has the gold makes the rules. The rich control the tax laws because they have more power and influence. Do you really think your vote is equal to Bill Gates? Let's be serious! The rich have way more persuasion then the average Joe. Ever heard of a lobbyist? LOL. My philosophy is, if you know the rich make the rules and the poor get the short end of the stick then isn't it in your best interest to become rich too and stop complaining about it?

Robert Kiyosaki talks about how it's not about how much you make, it's how much you keep. People who work jobs are taxed the heaviest on the planet! Your are the lowest guy on the totem pole. People who settled for a job are taxed income tax. If you are taxed capital gains tax like the rich are then you pay less. A worker is taxed 33% of his salary a year. Ouch! Businesses and investors know methods that will take only 15% using capital gains tax instead. Look at the math below after one year......

A typical worker/Slave

$100,000 Income from lame job
- $33,000 The income tax rape
------------- ------------
=$67,000 Your cut

Stock Investor/Real Estate Investor

$100,000 Income from stocks
-$15,000 Capital gains tax
-------------
=$85,000 Your cut

It's not how much you make, it's how much you keep!

How am I supposed to make money then?
You must unlearn the whole trade your time for money into new approaches that reflect the 21st century. Here are some ideas to get you started. The items that I listed will get your creative process going. You do not have to pick one of these. Find what works for you

Stocks- There is no glass ceiling placed on stocks. You could pay $5 for a stock and watch it soar to $300 per share or more! Skies the limit with this way of making money. You also can buy as many stocks as you like and put a stop loss on it if it gets to low. Can you physically work at multiple jobs all at the same time? Of course not!

Real Estate-This provides you an opportunity to own an unlimited amount of homes and rent them out bringing in passive income. While you are collecting money every month, the houses are going up in value while the tenants are paying down your mortgage. If the rent is more then the mortgage then you have a positive cash flow every month while someone else is doing all the work for you. (I recommend getting a property manager to handle the tenants for you. You should focus on getting more properties, not wasting time collecting bad checks)

Author- If you write a book you put your self in a position where you can sell an infinite amount of books! All you have to do is write the book one time and collect residual income. You don't have to keep writing that same book over and over and over again. Only at a typical job do you keep repeating the same old task over and over and over again. That's why celebrities write a lot of books even though they are not authors. Not only does the book allow them to share their knowledge and experience with their fans, it's also provides another form of passive income. Now imagine if you had multiple books for sell and they all have the possibility to sell an infinite amount. These books will still sell even when your dead and gone! Does a job pay your family for work you did back in 1976 ? Still want to punch a clock?

Musician- The opportunities here are similar to being an author and writing a book. With your music CD you have the possibility to sell an infinite amount of copies! Let's not forget about ring tones and other forms of passive income. They also get paid when their music is played in commercials, movies, radio etc. When they make a hit song it only has to be recorded once. They don't have to wake up in the morning and go the studio to record that same song everyday for years to get paid.

Actor/Actress- Similar principles as a musician and book writer.

Blogging- Do you know that with this blog I make money when I'm sleeping 24/7? Everyday I wake up and notice how much more cash I made while I was dreaming at night not even thinking about my blog. I also got my friends to sign up for blogging at blogger.com and now we all are getting closer to our dreams of financial freedom.

I hope that this has sparked some interest in you to discover a way to make cash with out utilizing your time for it. People tend to have me all wrong sometimes. It's not all about the money, it's about the time. This info is the reason why you do not get to spend quality time with your friends and family. Try to support yourself without trading your time for money at all costs. Not to toot my own horn but this article is extremely good if I don't say so myself. Lmao. If you read this and still think that trading your time for money is a good idea then I honestly think you need a stray jacket and some Prozac ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Earl Nightingale -The Strangest Secret in the World

I recently stumbled across this terrific video on youtube about a great speaker named Earl Nightingale. This video discusses how only 5 out of every 100 people will become successful by the age of 65. The reason why is simply conformity. A survey was given out to a group of workers and they noticed that 19 out of every 20 people conform. When these workers were asked "why do you wake up and go to work in the morning, they responded because everyone does that". Conformity is when people do what everyone else does with out knowing why. I have notice this myself. When I ask people why they do certain things they don't have an answer. Especially with certain songs that are repeatedly played on the radio. People like crappy songs because everyone else likes it and they don't want to stand out. This clip also mentions how the majority of people by the time they are 65 are still not financially independent in the richest land thats ever been known in history.

What is success?
Success is the progressive realization of a worthy ideal. Basically success is when you are doing what you want to do period! If you are doing what you deliberately said you were going to do then you are a success. If you want to be a rapper and you obtain that goal then you are a success. If you wanted to be a mother or school teacher then you are a success. If your goal was to own your own business and now you have it then you are a success. If you are not doing what you want to do then you are a failure. I believe so strongly that this video will change your life with the law of attraction, setting goals, and not conforming that I will just tell you to watch the video below
so Earl can help you out.

GROUNG HOG DAY 2 COMING SOON!

Remember the movie Ground Hog Day starring Bill Murray? Do you remember how no matter what he did he kept waking up to the same repetitive day everyday? He would wake up at the same exact time, and see the same exact people, and engage in the same exact conversations in the same exact location for what seemed like an eternity. Does this remind you of anybody you know?

Since your life is exactly like this movie because you chose to conform and get a boring typical job, you can be in the sequel! The greatest thing about you making the sequel is you don't have to pay Bill Murray his $ 10 million for staring in it. You also don't have to get a large budget from Warner Brothers, MGM , or any other major movie studios! All you have to do is dust off your old digital camera or purchase one from Best Buy for a couple hundred dollars. After that, find someone to record your everyday activities for about a year. I bet your life will be just like that movie won't it. Wake up, drink coffee, get stuck in traffic, work for 8 hours, get stuck in traffic on the way home, eat dinner, watch TV and go to sleep. The next day do the same thing, and everyday after that for the whole time you film your life.

Congratulations you are now a star! See how you easily changed a negative into a positive. I suggest you take advantage of this opportunity while Reality Television is still hot. Can you vision your face plastered on those tall billboards? Ground Hog Day 2 starring __________ in theaters this summer.

Ground Hog Day and Office space are best movies that I seen that can accurately describe how I felt "working for the man everyday". I know how it feels like your in the Twilight Zone or some type of dimension that you can't escape from. Keep pushing forward and you will make it out of there just like Bill Murry's character did.

TIME ZAPPERS

What are time zappers?
Time zappers are people and things that extract every last ounce of valuable time you have. Has the last 5, 10, 15, 20 years of your life passed and you are still stuck in the same place? If You are thinking "how could this happen", then you might have likely been attacked by time zappers. Time zappers use a device similar to the one doctors use for liposuction to suck all of your time out of you. They jam it right in your neck and flick the on switch and next thing you know you are 80 years old and never got anything accomplished. Time is way more valuable then money. I could lose $10 million today and gain it all back tomorrow but I will never be in high school again. Time is not prejudice and the hour glass has been running out of sand since your DOB. Everyone on the planet only has 24 hours in a day. It's your job to use it the most efficient way possible.

How do I get rid of time zappers?
My advice would be to buy 2 cans of mace (One for each of their eyeballs) and pray both cans directly into their face if they come within 10 feet of you! Dodge these people as if they had the plague or something.

Possible time zappers
Here is a list of possible zappers that are holding you back

Friends-Do you have friends who drag you to the club on Friday night for the millionth time so you can blow all your income on alcohol, gas, parking, and cover charges but looks at you like a dear caught in the headlights when you mention going to a free seminar on how to invest in real estate to become financially free?

Women-Do you constantly meet women who want to chat on the god damn phone all day and night talking about nonsense that has nothing to do with you or won't benefit either of you. Things like what dress her co-worker (whom you never met in your life) had on today or how her boyfriend ain't treating her right. Listening to this trivial bull crap everyday will send you straight to the poorhouse. Can you feel your time being zapped right now? Chase the money and the women will naturally come with it. If you chase women you will never get rich. You can't chase both. (Ladies I guess this goes for you as well.I'm a guy so I don't know exactly how men waste your time)

Television-This is one of the worst forms of time wasters known to man. How can someone sit there in front of the tube 8 hours a day and wonder while they are broke at the same time.? This object called a TV needs to be thrown out the window. People spend countless hours watching negative stuff like the news while watching commercials which turn you into a consumer in society. Consumers don't believe in making money. They believe in spending money that they don't even have in the 1st place. Besides, if you spend 80 hours a week watching TV, then how many hours do you spend exercising , building a business, or taking acting classes so you can be the next Tom Cruise or Denzel Washington? Let me guess, 0 hours! LOL

Video Games-I put this in the same category as TV. You don't have to completely stop playing but if you put more energy into your XBox 360 then you do exercising, don't look surprised when your stomach is hanging over your knee caps.

The man in the mirror- Before you put all the blame on other people, you need to take a look at your ugly mug as well. We all have choices to make in life. If it's Friday night and you have $20 to your name, do you spend it on a book that will teach you how to become rich or do you go blow it on the latest alcoholic drink that your favorite rapper keeps talking about in his rhymes? The book you will be able to keep for life and use it to obtain your dreams. The alcohol destroys your liver and not to mention once that bottle of Mad Dog is empty , it's gone forever. I can alway go back to the book shelf and get more insight from that book.

Your job- If your working at a job that you hate then you are definitely wasting a gigantic amount of time and not to mention energy. Being some where 40 hours a week plus overtime is the most depressing experience that I have encountered in my whole entire life! I know you feel the same way I do if your life was intended for other purposes. How many hours of your life do you spend stuck in traffic? If you add up all the time and looked at the total your eyes would bulge out off their sockets like Christopher Lloyd in Who Framed Roger Rabbit when he took his mask off and revealed he was also a toon. LOL. Now add up all the time you spend chasing your goals. I bet you the traffic hours got the total hours you spend on your goals by a long shot. Driving back and forth to the same location everyday for decades is one of the most inefficient ways to utilize energy that I can imagine! No wonder we got global warming.LOL. If you start a business online, do you have to physically keep running back and forth to a distance location everyday for decades? All you have to do is fire up the laptop while you're still in your draws. If you sleep in the nude then you can wake up and walk around the house buttnaked drinking a hot cup of coffee wearing a du rag while counting all the money you made online in your sleep. Can you walk around buttnaked at your job drinking Folgers? You can also take that laptop anywhere in the world with you and find a wireless or hard line internet connection while your on vacation . Can you take your cubicle with you to Japan or Jamaica? Driving back and forth to work daily is an old school way off thinking.

Time zapper of the month award
Now that you identified who these time zappers are you should reward them. They work hard at what they do. It takes an enormous amount of energy and dedication to zap someones time. Find out who is working overtime at zapping you and give them an award with their picture on it. Put it right on the wall next to the spot your platinum plaque would have been if you hadn't let them suck you dry. In closing, get rid of these people ASAP and buy a book on time management. Get a daily planner and use it daily! Notice when you start writing down what you need to do each day that none of the possible time zappers that I listed above will be in your planner. I doubt if you will write.....

22 Monday - Learn how to invest in Real Estate so I can quit my job. After words talk on the phone for 3 hours straight with my female friend about how she doesn't like her co-workers new shoes

23 Tuesday- Watch a minimum of 7 hours of TV today and whip out my credit card as soon as the 1st infomercial comes on about buying kitchen knives that I'm only going to use once and let collect dust after I spent all that money

24 Wednesday-Finish reading the book Rich Dad Poor Dad so I can escape the rat race. Drink and drive on my way to the club with my best friend and get pulled over for a DUI by the pigs.

IS MY HOUSE AN ASSET?

Is your house an asset? According to millionaire Robert Kiyosaki the answer is hell no! LOL. Society has people so misinformed it's not even funny. If you consider your house an asset then what does the bank consider it when they are collecting your money every month? Do you think it's a liability for them in their accounting books?"But my mom and dad always told me that a buying a house is an asset". I don't care what your parents taught you. Just because they are your parents doesn't mean they can't be wrong sometimes. Besides, look at your broke parents and how often they complain about their lives but never take action and then look at Robert Kiyosaki. Who's advice is more sound? Personally I'm going to take Robert Kiyosaki's who has accomplished way more in life them any of my family or friends have in a million years!

If any of you guys know the basics of accounting then you are familiar with the fundamentals of assets and liabilities. Your house cannot be an asset to you and an asset to the bank who collects your money all at the same time.Ever heard of a balance sheet? That clearly does not balance out.LOL. You been hoodwinked, bamboozled and taken advantage of. Are you man enough to face facts or going to ignore the evidence because you are so emotionally attached to your home to see the light. Besides if you call your house which you pay a mortgage every month an asset, then what do you call a house that you rent out to a tenant who pays your mortgage for you every month while you are at the Bahamas bringing in passive income? Do you call that a liability? Same goes for when you get a brand new car. People tell there family and friends"check out my new car that I bought". Don't be a fool and use those words bought and own so loosely! You do not "own" anything. Miss a couple payments and see who owns what. Trust me, I know from experience! LOL. I crack me up. Wait a minute, that sh%t ain't funny!

Always remember, assets feed you and liabilities eat you point blank period. That mortgage is eating u alive! If something is not making you money every month then it is not an asset! If you are kicking out cash every month it is a liability. If you still disagree with me then miss a couple payments on that nice home that you live in . When your house goes through foreclosure then see how much of an asset it is then while you are getting evicted outside while you still in your draws and ain't even get a chance to fully get dressed yet. You better home it ain't in the middle of winter when it happens..LOL

OFFICE SPACE

Office Space by Mike Judge (Creator Of Beavis and Butthead) is one of my top 50 movies of all times! If you really despise your stagnant life going to work everyday living in the corporate world then I highly recommend this movie. I love the way Office Space uses comedy to project a serious message to us about doing what we really want to do in life. The story revolves around a character named Peter Gibbons played by Ron Livingston who basically can't stand his job. Halfway through the movie Peter is hypnotized and begins to start flaking off at work. He begins to start showing up at work when he feels and neglecting his duties.

One of the funniest characters in the movie is his boss Bill Lumbergh played by Gary Cole. Lumbergh is the typical boss that constantly breaths down your neck with a cup of coffee that appears to be glued to his hand harassing you about some BS everyday. In Peter's case he is constantly hounded over TPS reports from management that appears to drive him up the wall. Peter hates his boss so much he even has nightmares about him sleeping with his girlfriend played by Jennifer Aniston.

The plot thickens when Peter and his friends at the job install a virus into the system at their job that embezzles money into their bank accounts. They were supposed to be under the radar but the amount embezzled was so enormous that the characters panic and a lot of hilarious activities ensue. At the end of the movie the main character Peter eventually leaves his position working in the IT field and gets a job as a construction worker. The moral of the story is to find what works for you. Even though the character probably makes way less money as a construction worker vs working at a software company, he can wake up everyday happy.

Automate (Twitter) With These Two Tools!

I recently came across someone by the name of Tracey Walker who has an excellent tutorial on how to automate your twitter account at www.tweetlater.com. This video that she has is a life saver! This is for all those people who want to market themselves without repeatedly having to manually send out tweets about your products, services or websites. The best part about www.tweetlater.com is that it is a free site and you only have to pay if you upgrade to professional. This site also sends out DM's as well. Right now every time someone new tries to follow me on twitter the site will automatically send them a message about visiting my blog and directing more traffic for me! This truly saves me an enormous amount of time and energy trying to message EVERBODY that contacts me. Now I have people who will visit my blog and and make me money while I'm sleep or not even thinking about it. They never just tell their viewers point blank " you will never achieve the amount of success and obtain the amount of money I have working at a job and going to college". Don't get me wrong, Oprah and a lot of other TV Host offer a lot of excellent advice for their viewers but I believe they should show them the big picture that will change their overall life. From time to time I hear them give advice on how to pinch pennies and reduce bills which is great but that will only band aid the average person's financial situation. Bottom line, if you are not thinking outside the box and seeking ways to completely break free from the rat race then you are in BIG TROUBLE! Maybe Oprah, Bill Cosby and Suze Orman are too old school and have been rich so long that their tactics are outdated and they don't know what the hell they are talking about anymore. When was the last time they worked a 14 hour shift for $8/hour with their boss breathing down their necks complaining about an email you forgot to send out back in Sept 1995 AD or how you took a 32 minute lunch break instead of 30 minutes? How often are they stuck in traffic on the beltway with diarrhea, migraine, lack of sleep and a bad case of the swine flu and bird flu combined headed to a job they hate while roasting in a car with no AC during the hottest day off the summer that has broken windows that only roll down just enough to let the exhaust from the car in front of them seep in while the CEO of the company you work for is some where on a yatch in Bermuda drinking a glass of Colt 45 having sex with your favorite actress/model that you fantasize about every night while your currently arguing on your cell phone with your unattractive overweight wife (that you settled for) about how you forgot to take the trash out this morning with your kids screaming in the background? When was the last time they felt like clotheslining a co-worker for disrespecting them but couldn't because you are a corporate coward and don't want to lose all their income? Do they even know what it feels like to want to smash a coffee pot filled with piping hot Maxwell House against someone's Adam's Apple for making a racist remark or denying you for that raise or giving your promotion to some incompetent mofo who has been at the job less time then you have?

My advice would be to duplicate the actions that they take. For example, right now I have Suze Orman's book Women & Money in my hand (Had to get it from somebody so I can spell her name correctly). Suze has several books published that allow her to make residual income.Suze only had to write those books one time and it allows her to keep getting paid for something she did in the past forever! I wish her viewers would focus more on things like that for themselves as opposed to "Get rid of your cable so you can reduce your monthly expenses by $20 a month".LMAO". As far as Oprah, she has a TV show for crying out loud. She gets paid whenever they air a re-run not to mention that if she has a new product like her O magazine, she can reach millions of people just by showing it live on her show.If you had a bootleg music CD how much time would you spend walking around all the cubicles at your job trying to twist your co-workers arms in to buying it. How many people would you reach? How much cash would you make? See the difference? I actually like Bill Cosby and the messages that he is projecting. I think a lot of people reject his ideas because they want to do wrong and Bill says we need to change. They get defensive when someone speaks the truth. The only problem I have with Mr.Cosby is his message about education. He means well but I don't think that he understands how college puts you in debt and teaches you how to be a modern day slave working for other people. When he's standing at those podiums giving speaches at colleges, he needs to tell them how it's gonna take 60 years to pay back all those loans because a job ain't trying to pay someone fresh out of school sh@#! Ever been on a job interview and they tell you "I'm sorry but you don't have enough experience" after spending 5 years in school? How the hell I'm going to have work experience if I was school you idiot!

I also feel like people put to much faith in the government too. People are putting their selves in dangerous positions when they wait for the government to take action for them. I have tons of faith in Barrack Obama but I'm not going to wait around for his administration to pay my bills or any other form of government. Even if the economy was the best it's ever been in history, that's not going to automatically put money in my bank account.I have to take action to obtain my goals.I noticed how millions of people are waiting for the economy to get better so they can find employment. I don't know about you but I don't wait on nobody to put food in my mouth. That's one of the reasons I created this blog so I can enlighten people on what I know and also create passive income while doing it. I don't have to rely on the government or anybody else. With this blog I get paid with the google adsense ads displayed on my page.Whenever someone comes to my page and clicks on an ad they like, I instantly make money. With this blog I can make money in my sleep.I don't physically have to be at a job or even on line while they are clicking.Do you get paid in your sleep from your job? Hell no! I also have another blog www.makemoneyrapping.blogspot.com that allows me to make money just like this site. Currently I have 2 streams of passive income. Can you physically be at two jobs at once and make money? Bottom line, I wish I could send a blatant message to the masses about how to really make money and survive in THE INFORMATION AGE! These old school cats are still living and giving advice from THE INDUSTRIAL AGE and sadly numerous people follow this advice and wonder why they are aging while that rat race wheel is spinning faster and faster.

CRAIGSLIST TRAFFIC EBOOK

Discover How To Profit From The Insane Amount of Traffic That Craigslist Receives Without Spending A Penny!

Are you using Craigslist? Many successful peope are aware of the law of attraction and constantly use it to better themselves. A lot of unsuccessful people are unaware of this law and therefore never move ahead in life. The Law of Attraction says people's thoughts (both conscious and unconscious) dictate the reality of their lives, whether or not they're aware of it. Essentially "if you really want something and truly believe it's possible, you'll get it", but putting a lot of attention and thought onto something you don't want means you'll probably get that too. This DVD has literally changed my life. Now I monitor what I'm thinking and constantly talk about. After watching the movie I also make vision boards like in the movie as well. A vision board is basically when you cut out pictures of things you would like to acquire and paste them on a board. This is the best form of visual stimulation that I know of to help you achieve your goals.

REAL ESTATE INVESTING

My Thoughts On Real Easte Investing

Investing in real estate is one of my favorite ways to make money. Just last month I got a $1,000 check just for making a few calls and sending out a few e-mails. Contrary to popular belief, this is an excellent time to invest. Banks are so desperate to recoup some of their bad loans that they will take a low ball offer. Please understand that I'm a Real Estate Investor and not a Real estate Agent. Being an investor is way better. Real Estate agents are not trained to create wealth in the Real Estate market. They are closer to being workers then entrepreneurs. After a few months of investing I spoke to Realtors who have been in the field for over 20 years and still didn't have the knowledge that I gained after a few investor courses.

Shortsales

Currently this is the best strategy to make money with Real Estate. Shortsales are when you offer the bank less then what is owed on the house and they accept it. A lot of people are oblivious to this technique. Banks are in the business of making money! If a home owner owes more then what the house is worth (upside down mortgage) and the resident is not making payments or facing foreclosure, then you are in a perfect position to make an offer. The bank would rather cut their losses and get some money then not get anything. If the homeowner is not paying them every month the bank is losing out. They rather take a low offer and get that bad loan off the books. Let's say the home is worth $200,000 and the home owner owes $220,000 because the market has dropped in that area. You as the investor can offer let's say $100,000 to buy that home. The bank might agree and then you have just created $100,000 worth of equity for yourself once you buy the home. That's how you get rich! Now you can fix the house up and resale it and make up to $100,000 minus renovation cost.

Wholesaling

Wholesaling is the best technique you can take advantage of starting off. This strategy is perfect if you have no capital. The only money you will need is money for advertising and putting up signs. Have you ever seen a sign posted up in the streets that say "WE BUY HOUSES CASH". Those most likely are wholesalers. Wholesaling is when you put a house under contract as if you were going to buy it and then sale that contract to a real buyer who can purchase the house in cash or very quickly. Basically you are the middle man between the buyer and seller. The seller is someone who is in distress and needs to sell their home ASAP because of foreclosure, death of a spouse, moving out of state, job loss etc. The seller must be HIGHLY MOTIVATED TO SELL! The seller also must be willing to sale the house at a significant discount. For example, if the house is worth $200,000 then they must sell at around $130,000 which is 35% below FMV. You must also factor in cost such as renovations. There must be equity in the deal or you walk away! Investors do not get emotionally attached to a deal. Either it will make you money or not. Simple as that. Once the motivated seller agrees to your offer then you turn around and contact your buyers who can purchase the home with cash. They will give you a finders fee of around $2,000 - $5,000 for negotiating with the seller and giving them the deal. The best part about wholesaling is you don't have to actually buy the home!

COLLEGE CAN KISS MY ASS! Puts you in debt with credit cards, school loans, etc
2. Never get rich going to school
3. Learn how to be a worker and slave for other people and make them rich
4. Sit In a cubicle all day
5. One stream of income
6. Not a good ROI (Return On Investment)
7. College is a business and they want your money (School ain't free)
8. Don't even get you a job after 4 years (You are on your own after you spent all that cash)
9. It's not what u know but who u know (Hope you got friends in high places)
10. Suit and tie everyday (It's too damn hot outside to be wearing that)
11. Go back and get my masters degree.LOL (Get in even more debt)
12. Bill Gates, Puffy and a lot of successful people dropped out to pursue their dreams
13. Rather be a rich idiot and be happy living in a mansion then a poor genius getting evicted from my apartment
14. People act like getting a degree is like winning the lottery (People hype of college so much you would think getting your bachelors is like dying and going to heaven. They think they will experience some type of ecstasy or something. People always say that " College opens up so many doors once you graduate". You know what, they were are 100% right with that statement! You will be opening up your Cadillac door so you can stretch your legs from sitting in traffic for hours at a time going to work in the A.M)

<link rel='alternate' type='text/html' href='http://wealthsquared.blogspot.com/2009/06/college-can-kiss-my-ass-lol.html' title='COLLEGE CAN KISS MY ASS! Jerry words are clear and concise and straight to the point. The CD starts off asking us "what happened to our dreams that we had as kids". Somehow we get our dreams beaten out of us through our daily lives which can be very hectic and start to think that we can no longer achieve our goals and reach financial freedom. The beginning of the CD will get you to you back to at least thinking about your dreams. This is a critical start in achieving them.

Murphy's Committee
During the CD Jerry begins to describe an imaginary force that he describes as Murphy's Committee. Murphy's Committee is basically Murphy's law in that anything that can go wrong will go wrong (divorce, death in the family, bankruptcy, car repossessed , etc). This is when you are closest to your goal. It is the resistance that you must face to obtain your goals in life. This force is so strong that most people let Murphy's Committee win and make you give up your dreams completely.Sadly most of these members of Murphy's Committee are people that are extremely close to you such as family and friends. They are the main source of people that will kill your dreams because they do not believe in themselves. If you try to think outside the box they will instantly tell you that you are crazy because they are afraid or have been brainwashed to be apart of the system. The author in this case was attacked by a member of Murphy's Committee who happened to be the woman he was in love with. She wanted to live a risk free existence working a typical job while he wanted way more out of life such as financial freedom and to have his own business. At the beginning he tried to live that life with her but eventually it didn't work. These type of relationships are completely incompatible.

Cows Vs Rhinos
I strongly believe that there are only 2 types of people in this world. People who get things done and people who run there mouth talking alot of BS while doing nothing. Either you are making money or struggling paying bills. Either you a happy person or miserable person. Basically you can't be a little bit pregnant. LOL. I can't stand when something is in the gray area. Either it's black or it's white for the most part. Jerry Clark apparently feels the same to a degree. He discusses the difference between what he calls Cows and Rhinos. Cows are passive people who want to live a risk free existence and do not fight for what they want. They take whatever is coming to them and do not resist. Cows like to read books and watch tv for hours about nonsense that will never benefit them. I personally only read books on how to make money or teach me how to improve my life. Cows do not believe that they can take control of their lives. They live on a financial treadmill. They constantly have more month left then any of the money.Unfortunately Cows are the majority of the population and live the most depressing lives on the planet! Rhinos are the exact opposite of Cows. Rhinos have high aspirations and take control of their lives. They realize that if success was easy then it wouldn't be success, it would be mediocrity. Jerry also mentions that if you are offended by any of this then your are most likely a Cow and need to stop reading this and to run to your closest TV right now because you are missing your favorite program which isn't doing anything positive for your life at all. LOL. Are you a Cow or Rhino?

I Hate My Job By Camron

I Hate My Job by the rapper Cam'ron is the only song that I Know that vividly paints a picture of what is it like to work in our modern day society. I also can relate to how it feels to get your check after so much work and feel as if you never get compensated enough. This song is really helpful and stands out amongst the vast amount of materialistic songs that currently flood our TV's and airwaves. During an interview Cam'ron mentioned that he wrote this song from the perspective of his girlfriend who lives this life everyday. He also mentioned that it's ironic how so many people in this recession are desperately searching for employment while those with jobs desperately want to quit theirs.LOL. I highly recommend listening to I Hate My Job by Cam'ron from his album Crime Pays.

Rich Dad Poor Dad By Robert Kiyosaki

This book is the most important financial book that I ever read! Robert Kiyosaki has allow me to open up my mind and help me realize that I live in the rat race. This book is the reason why I have chosen to follow the path to financial freedom. I now know that if I choose to have a fulfilling life I will have to think outside of the box and accomplish more then just getting a college degree. College in my opinion teaches you how to work for other people. It does not teach you how to make money. Despite what some people might say, I believe that money is extremely important when you live in a capitalist society such as America. I have learned that there are 3 types of education that you can learned. Unfortunately school only provides 2 types. Those 3 types of education include academic (reading, writing, math, etc), professional (how to go work for somebody) and financial (how to make money). School does not teach us financial education which I believe is needed to pay off school loans among other things. Robert Kiyosaki helps me to analyze finances alot differently then people who have not educated there selves on how to become wealthy. Things such as owning a home. Most people believe that their home is an asset. He believes that it's quite the opposite. If it is an asset to you then what does the bank who you pay every month consider it in their books? A liability? Stop paying your mortgage for a few months and see how much of an asset it is then.LOL. Remember, "Asset feeds you while liabilities eat you". I highly recommend this book for those who are stuck in the rat race and need guidance ASAP.

I Need Money Yesterday!

Hey world, I'm on my journey to financial freedom.
